Tucson seems to be age friendly to me due to general livability, care facilities, opportunities in general, community engagement. Age has not seemed to play a role in past work that I've had in education, both as a sub and a tutor. There is probably ageism here, but I haven't personally felt it.
Not very pedestrian friendly. Numerous accidents involving pedestrians.
retired college Spanish population in Tucson the weather can be a reason to escape during summer months .The mountains and scenic views of mountains and desert are breathtaking the sunsets leave you with warmth .
