I think overall it's the environment and the safety of the neighborhood. There is also great assistance centers and schools around the area. As well as restaurants and public amusement parks to enjoy
There's buses, parks, restaurants, community centers, churches, schools, trains, beaches, libraries, skating rinks, police stations, fire stations, lots of people
Convenient, close to shopping and neighborhood stores. Allot of homes for sale in this neighborhood that are smaller and 2 family homes so that owner could live on first floor and rent out second for income
Not a lot of same age people. Lot of young people. Too many young children and young parents. There are not many elderly living in the area. Would like to move.
There are many shops, stores, eating places, senior centers etc to go to all around with man of the same age or a little younger or a little older people around
