Convenient, close to shopping and neighborhood stores. Allot of homes for sale in this neighborhood that are smaller and 2 family homes so that owner could live on first floor and rent out second for income
Not a lot of same age people. Lot of young people. Too many young children and young parents. There are not many elderly living in the area. Would like to move.
They do have a senior center which provides a shuttle for local appointments, 5 days a week lunches are available, a podiatrist is available once a month, corse are avalable and games are available
I feel that this neighborhood is quite age friendly in that people are very open to speak to others and may even offer to give assistance to me. A seat on the bus, help carrying groceries or simple directions have been given nicely to me.
There's buses, parks, restaurants, community centers, churches, schools, trains, beaches, libraries, skating rinks, police stations, fire stations, lots of people
