Phoenix is easy to get around and is people friendly.
South Phoenix isn't friendly
Very well put together neighborhood. streets are clean, HOA that monitors the streets. Very dependable education system, reliable public transportation as well as good parking with wide and open streets. Very safe neighborhood
Very age-friendly as many retirees move here for the lower cost of living, weather as well as senior living activities offered.
Got some elderly living in the neighborhood and people help the elderly with years work and anything that's needed makes sure that other dont go with out .
