I've been in customer service for 3 years, I'd like to say that 90% of the people in Naples are pretty nice. Even to complete strangers, I see random acts of kindness everyday, it's heartwarming.

When children come from school and their parents are not home neighbors welcome them into their homes, feeds them grow with homework until their able to go home. I too went through that.
