Its more for like wealthy people due to it seems its for retirement… due to rent increased every month and getting harder for young people like me economically to live comfortably there unless you 55 age or older.
Naples is a great place to live for us seniors. Friendly, and understanding people throughout.
High cost means only the affluent can afford entry and that means a very homogenous community. With so much wealth at hand, generous donors provide amenities and activities for their own enjoyment. If these fit your interests and lifestyle, and you can afford the price of entry, and you like to be with people exactly like you, this could be your place.
It's an older Community The people that live there do not move
The average age group in Naples makes it age friendly enviroment.
