There is a plethora of resources in the community to assist and support people of all age groups and backgrounds.
I notice a lot of old timers like spending a good time in Los Angeles because of the places that you can visit and enjoy.
I lreside in the heart of Downtown LA, one of the age friendly communities. Some topics includes: Appropriate housing for seniors, Community senior centers, access to health care, and public transportation. My community has opportunities for people to engage in meaningful work, whether or not it's paid work.
Lots of open space and not to much traffic. There is access to many transportation options including buses and trains. There is access to many stores all within nearly each block.
I love where I live.
