Somewhat age-friendly because it has great programs for students, busses for decent travel for people who can't afford cars, nice hills & views and many employment positions available.
There are many parks for the elderly so they can take walks and walk their dogs. It is a quiet neighborhood people very friendly.
Quiet / peaceful , there is a neighborhood watch
There's something in this city that attracts every age. Young to the very old.
