What makes this place age friendly is the community around it. And the people you have around you.
The community is helpful and caring. The neighbors are quiet and looks out for each other.
I think the Las Vegas area is somewhat age friendly but not as much as it should be I have worked for 5 years for the School District and have also worked doing convention work part time and both jobs have older workers, however, I do think there is age discrimination in other job positions
