well in Yuma AZ in general we have a large amount of retirement parks and based retirement oriented and this town we have a lot of retires pass through or stay in our 50 and up parks that come down for the winter season.
My work as a physical therapist assistant, had a high medicare population. Also snow bird population of retiree's is high.
I feel this is a ver calm neighborhood becuase its in enfront of a elementary school
