This place is full of friendly educsted people because it one of the biggest city in masschuesettes,transportation is easy Bus,train station ,shopping stores are walkable

Waltham is one of those towns you want to join now. It's got great access to Boston, an awesome downtown, and has many attractive types of living options for older adults. Single family homes, to apartments, to senior living.

Waltham is age friendly because of the infrastructure, we have Waltham square where one sit and relaxes , the store, markets and restaurants. The walk ways are within easy reach. There is handicap parking all over the city. There a number of churches for the spiritual ones, the senior center is close by.
