Port Charlotte and the surrounding communities are so welcoming and accessible to families, singles and older adults in particular.

The area started out as a retirement community but as the years passed by it became a diverse community. It still is a secluded area that is having a lot of new homes and commercial developments being built. Port Charlotte is a beautiful location to live.
