It's usually really quiet and most people stay to themselves and others just try to get by the livability is not bad either it's safe unless you're the one making trouble schooling is every where and some good colleges are in good reach
You can walk around comfortable and not have to worry about anyone
Lost of family restaurants in the area, theaters, parks, gyms / outdoor fun
The neighborhood I live in is now is age friendly pet friendly & definitely people friendly. It's diversed so you get a bit of everything & I think it's wonderful.
