Everyone gets along with eachother
We are a retired state. Plenty of elderly people are need in care.
It's very convent
In my community is gated and have all walks of life here. We have mostly elderly homeowners who have been here since the first house was built. We help each other with almost anything. I really love my neighbors and neighborhood as it is quiet and peaceful even with the younger families that live in the area
What makes Ahwatukee somewhat age friendly is the many activities geared towards seniors such as golf, community centers, parks arears to walk and, hike, and bike. Lots medical facilities, shopping and more, family friendly community.
