I think there is a large community of elderly here in Maricopa County that are here living happily. There are also plenty of elderly that are being neglected as well due to staff shortages in nursing homes and retirement communities.
Great Transportation and group homes nearby.
I notice stores are employing 50+ aged persons and treat them well.
