I'm new to the area and the people seem friendly.
This neighborhood has ample businesses, lots of retail shopping, easy access to public transit and includes a mix of income levels.
The weather is nice and there are plenty of places to take walks, lots of housing of various rents as well as many homes for sale or rent. It is located near the freeway and has ample stores and businesses as well as bus lines that travel all over the city.
It's just really quiet and relaxing . You can think clearly trees are all around you and your rarely ever bothered
I've heard great things about this place , they offer great benefits to living here there transportation is never late always on time, they care so much , the community engagement is vibrant and fun.
