It's great upbeat environment lots of city people constant interaction and friendly long term neighbors

Don't matter what age you are your neighbor usually friendly and look out for one and another. Also if you lower class it might be easy for you to turn towards the drug life since certain blocks in west philly have drug dealers standing on the corner or outside of the Chinese store .
