General livability makes this area age friendly, being close to shopping malls and the Avenue at Whitemarsh. Also the peacefulness its very quiet and rarely any crime.
Just moved here and I haven't experience to much unfriendliness yet.
general livability very nice environment to reside in transportation non walking distance ccbc is located 6 minutes from nottingham md community participation is recommended
there is community park next door and all neighbors and their friends and family come there to play, have picnics and partys. Grandparents come there alot with g kids also. All around it's alot of fun. Everyone looks out for others and respects them too.
There are people of all ages.
