I am 53, my neighbors range from 25-70. There are no elevators in my biulding. there is no bus service.

Because some people been living in this town for years and most of them are older people that are home owners
Can't tell. Except for the usual hi's and hello's, got no substantial social interactions.
We have a lot of pets such as dogs and cats in the neighborhood. We all speak to each other as we walk our dogs in the mornings and afternoons when we see each other strolling by.
