It's very quite you don't have to have a car. You ride the train and neighbor are helpful

Age friendly because on outings their are lots of older people out with family as well as conversations with adult children asking about care at home.
Its a very diverse community of people with different level of education,employment, gender and age. Its a very inclusive older neighborhood that welcome all races.
