The neighborhood is safe and quiet
Everyone is friendly with each other
I would rank the community as age accessibility of a 3 or neutral.
Cobb County, Marietta GA has good shopping, doctors and hospitals close by, but community engagement, activities and transportation options are lacking for an aging population. Not enough senior centers around and the few that are have very limited activities. There is essentially no senior public transportation.
I have not lived in this town for too long but many of my friends have grown up in this town from their elementary school years to their college years. This town is age friendly as it accommodates families with children of all ages, college students with the nearby Kennesaw State University Marietta campus, and young professionals.
