Well it set up for anyone to suceed or excell if they choose to , many opportunities to be sicessful if applied. Someone or individuals dont know hiw go respect there elders who paved the way for them to excell were they are that made things easier compared to days earlier.
Los Angeles has always been a place where elderly people would retire because of the good weather and care available.

I grew up in my neighborhood and some of the cultures has changed, the age group has changed from 30s to the 60s, our eldest neighbor including my parents were80s-90s
