Neighbors are not rude or loud. It's pretty friendly.
Education area near elementaries, junior high schools and high schools. Near Colleges and museums. An environment that serves all ages. Close to trains and buses. Close to parks where all age groups gather to have fun.
too many gangs, liquors, and trash everywhere.
Well I grew up over here with my 4 children and as this far there not been any problem
1. Traffic signs and road infrastructure is age and disability friendly
2. The numerous green parks are accessible both at night and during day
