I've noticed that the people here rarely smile at strangers
No reason
I live in an apartment complex where everything is done communally recently that was on the 25th of July we had our yearly jam.We have our resident council meeting every month and at the end of the year,we have end of the year party. We also go on site seeing which is always undertaken by the resident council. The local transportation goes through and back through our apartment complex.
I've worked there in the city for years.it's just big enough that are friendly or not.
