A lot of retirement jobs with flexibility which gives seniors time to rest and help with their grandchildren's school and after school activities because most parents are working. It's a noisy and busy area yet we have a lot of seniors around around. Flexible job opportunities is what brings people to certain neaborhoods.

Diversity, so many different cultures, cost of living, livability is good. I've lived here since around 1965, I've always lived in a neighborhood with age versatility, young, middle age and older adults, Mostly friendly decent caring people. I haven't wanted to live anywhere else until this day and I still don't want to live anywhere else so far.
