I've lived here for 32 years. People are very helpful to older residents like me!
I have a gratitude patient compassion
There are many reasons as to why my community is aged friendly and meets the needs of all ages. Those reasons include Nursing homes, and Rehab facilities to help families. Nutritious meals being delivered to individuals who may be elderly or disabled. Another being a variety of libraries, schools, recreational centers, volunteer programs for individuals to learn, gain experience and develop skills they'll use in their everyday lives. Last but not least there are many daycares, shelters, low-income housing, and head-start programs for families who need assistance and etc.
Because it is called the retirement state.also is a state that has the top medical colleges and schools

I live in such a tight knit community that everyone knows everyone and it's safe. We all help one another down here.
The city of Boston is very forward-thinking and very invested in its senior population
What makes this place age friendly is being able to give care to elders who can't do things on their own or help themselves. I have previously worked in a caregiving facility and the ability to help others is something that I love to do.
My community is age friendly and more, the reason I say this is because of the convenience my neighborhood offers. There are many hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, and also two local grocery store. Beacon hill offers access to all of the train lines which means commuting is easier. Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants to dine in. Overall I would be lucky to retire in such a great neighborhood.
