Care, education, transportation, community engagement etc.
What make this place somewhat age friendly is a school, YMCA, a library, Nubian station, boy and girls club in the community
Community engagement,Care,Transportation and Working
Good community, plenty of resources and educational opportunities, easy access to public transit, and lots of available elder services through the City as well as private organizations.
This community is very age-friendly because it is very quiet and respectful. The younger aged are very respectful towards the elderly.
I really never thought about it. I have older neighbors that have lived in the neighborhood for years. We all get along just fine. A couple of my senior neighbors worked at one time but have been retired. It would be nice to see older people that are more active; I enjoy power walks but often walk alone.
I am allowed to use transportation well a lot of stores are near me I have wonderful schools near me and also colleges that you can go walking to and that my neighborhood is peaceful.
I say the place is friendly because the place Provides a place to stay everyone cares for the people that works there.
Elderly always get a seat when on the bus help with groceries people are happy to help with with directions and crossing the street
Great environment for livability, care, working, education, transportation, and community engagement.
