It's quiet, except for all the watch dogs. Houses are small and very close together. A few ferral cats around. Close to business and shopping. No traffic.
I feel as though my community is age friendly due to the environment it holds. Children, adults and seniors are all welcome and I feel very safe. We have a very high consideration for children and seniors in my community. my community is always taking the extra precaution when looking out for each other.
It's a save and quiet neighborhood
These communities are set on the outskirts of Albuquerque where there is far less crime, the residents are mostly empty nesters and retired people. They are also more financially secure.
