It's a friendly neighborhood as the ppl walked there dogs everyone speaks the police monitor the neighborhood it's quite even when the bars are partying you don't hear no meds, I been here 11yrs.
I live in a senior citizen building with a lot of senior citizens around and it is nice and quiet I live by the water
Nursing Assistant License 🪪 Since 2006..
Looking for caregiver position in home.i have reliable transportation, light house keeping, prepared 3 meals, pass meds bathing experience.
I would recommend this community to my older friends and family because in this neighborhood we all are family and friends.Everyone has each other best interest. The residents each take care of there lawn if it's someone who can't do lawn work the neighbor will be so kind and do it for them. The houses are well kept. You do not see a lot of stray animals running around freely without someone walking them, which is very important because you do not want anyone getting hurt or possiblely something much worst. It's no gang banging, robberies, shootings over all minimum crime. The convenience of transportation, grocery store, pharmacies, medical clinics etc are superb. Overall, it's a well kept beautiful neighborhood and will recommend the stay to anyone.
