My grandmother was well taken care of by this agency. They also offer a service where they monitor blood pressures from home. Her blood pressure reading was elevated one day and the agency contacted us recommending we go to the ER. Thank goodness we did because she ended up having a stroke at the hospital.
The DON Susan was so compassionate during our initial visit and the nursing staff that did the weekly visits met all my needs. This home care is easy to work with and actually listens!!
My grandfather received amazing services through this agency. One of the owners is a nurse who came and did the initial assessment. She was very thorough, answered all questions and made sure my grandfather would be in good hands. Any requests or concerns I had were immediately addressed.
