Good cross section of a sample population.
The town of Paterson is separated into wards. Two wards are very age friendly, while 2 of the wards are very noisy, crime ridden, and least likely to live in comfortably.
Very good school system, there are senior services very good library, and Senior transport services.
Transportation & some community engagement
Wayne offers a broad range of activities and events for young families through events for a senior population.
