Livability I must identify as a pleasant and quiet, respect to privacy is well practiced, people is friendly but also alert ,we do exercise neighborhood watch to maintain our peace. Children can play freely and safely outside on the street lock while they are being watch of any danger before it takes place, for instance there was an individual speeding in our block quite inconsiderate,we reported and the Waukegan city immediately set a speeding meter at the enter of the block with a warning sign indicating the presence of children in the area. Public transportation is available, shuttle buses actually I like this service b cause when you need it, you call and they pick you up at your place and bring you back,,,,there are others activities and resources that I have not used yet but eventually I will , overall I feel confident to categorize as a friend and safe neighborhood
