I feel that you have to have some type off love for the position, and not just there for a paycheck. I love to work with elder people be cause they've been through a lot in life and when I get old I want some one like myself that cares. My objective is to give them hope ,respect, and empathy and understanding. some is in hospice and I'm a godly woman that cares !
