Tracy is the second most populated city in San Joaquin County, California, United States. The population was 82,922 at the 2010 census. Tracy is located inside a geographic triangle formed by Interstate 205 on the north side of the city, Interstate 5 to the east, and Interstate 580 to the southwest; this has given rise to Tracy's motto, now recorded on the city's website: "Think Inside the Triangle".

This city is great for everyone to grow up in.Due to a lot of schools and stores around for parents to take there children to and shop. Also there's a lot of other things for all to enjoy like movies bowling and also a lot of land and dirt to plant and hang out at parks with friends and family. This city is definitely a family oriented city to live in.
Safe and peaceful
Not especially. There isn't a senior center, or community activities that I'm aware of, it's just individual houses. Geared more towards young family's then seniors.
This subdivision is geared for younger families. Lots for kids to do here. Not really sure about activities for seniors.
