Community engagement
What makes this age friendly is that, there are groups of all ages and very family oriented. When children play outside. There is always an adult making sure the are safe and most importantly do not do any harm to others. This a working middle class neighborhood. Every one in the Neighborhood interacts with one another in a very friendly and polite way.
