Over all friend and friendly and quiet but will help each other out if needed .
Health care is of good quality; the city is blessed with 2 hospitals and supporting physicians. There are 2 problem areas: working and transportation. Employment is practically nil for people over 60. Transportation is expensive unless you live in an elder care facility.
Needs improvements to infrastructure and jobs.
