It's next to a college town that employees mostly younger workers
Presence in the community.
I don't live there yet but my friend who lives there (she's 66) says she feels welcome and safe there. There is plenty to do for older residents and they are considered a valued member of society.
I've worked with older disabled people and the company was so nice and had different level of programs to teach them .
It's okay. Mostly older homes and buildings. Mostly working class.
