ADS promotes evidence-based programs in the Seattle-King County area that can keep you moving and help you stay connected.
- Cultural attractions and recreational opportunities: Seattle is known for its rich arts and cultural scene, with theaters, museums, art galleries, and music venues. The city also offers beautiful parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational activities, providing opportunities for leisure and physical activity.
