I find that age discrimination is very real here. And unless you have sold your home in LA or SF for upwards of a million dollars, older adults can't afford the rents.

It has several senior apts. and it has a great community collage.

I live in the neighborhood with friendly people, close to elementary schools, shopping center and grocery stores. Neighbors are working class people and likes their front porches clean and well groomed.

Not age friendly. Must speak Spanish for 98% of jobs. Age discrimination is strong.
