San Pedro is a community within the city of Los Angeles, California. Formerly a separate city, it consolidated with Los Angeles in 1909. I lived here all my live. it's a very family-friendly oriented town.
It loud noice music and you would hear shooting there. Crime is up.
I need to know the area first
My family and I are born raised in SanPedro. We also have worked in the community for years. Very family friendly town.
San Pedro still retains a small town feel, yet it is close enough to the activity of major centers such as Long Beach, downtown LA, etc. Plus its location on a peninsula means that ocean vistas are always close at hand. The one caveat for seniors is that the town is quite hilly, so people with mobility issues may find that aspect to be a challenge.
