It's makes it age friendly because most of our neighbors are young college students doctors nurses and lots of banks and pharmacies and they get along and it seems to work well blended
There are a lot of good friendly people still in this world and I've seen those people everywhere I go and when I do my errands.
Men and women holding doors open for each other and saying excuse me when passing by.
It is a very quiet place with schools and grocery stores around the corner
This seems to be age and disability friendly with transportation accessibility, and the workplaces appear to be in compliance with IAW. Whether the city goes above and beyond what is necessary I can not answer truthfully.
