Mostly college students
There is nothing in place for older people even though there are more older people here now. It's very Mormon and you have to be someone with a lot of money to live here. Public transportation is poor.
Beautiful small city
Engagement
Friendly people, go balance of secular as well as religious community. Highly educated and affluent neighborhood. Close to where my lovely wife and I live! Great community engagement. A plethora of opportunities to serve the elderly who so desperately need to be cared for!
