My neighborhood is a pretty much new and developing colony and there are more younger families living there.
yes. where I am specifically it is very open I have horses, chickens, and other animals. it's peaceful and nothing ever happens there. is nice and quiet.
We have all different types of races and ethnic groups that are allowed to speak and be free as they want and please. It's a clean area and community filled with active socializing and updates on the neighborhood watch app.
I believe it's somewhat age friendly because it's more of a family neighborhood, parents with kids of variates cutting across elementary, middle , high schools as well as colleges. It is a fairly new neighborhood.
Education, nice neighborhoods, quiet.
