We have all different types of races and ethnic groups that are allowed to speak and be free as they want and please. It's a clean area and community filled with active socializing and updates on the neighborhood watch app.
I believe it's somewhat age friendly because it's more of a family neighborhood, parents with kids of variates cutting across elementary, middle , high schools as well as colleges. It is a fairly new neighborhood.
The area is clean , there's benches for seating areas, and maintained side walks
The area is quiet. It is generally occupied by working families who commute far distances to work and a generous portion of the population are elderly. The environment is serene and lovable; just perfect for the elderly.
