I have worked in Redding as a massage practitioner and housekeeper and found people here friendly and excepting.
Retirement town
I believe community engagement and care could make mature living a positive and friendly place! If the employees treat them with compassion, it would be a loving, friendly place.
Some what friendly, active senior center, bus lines to most stores rent is a little higher than most people can afford, big homeless base, active PD, lots of places to eat good food.
A basic retirement atmousfier and very quiet. Some try to help each other some don't. They tend to keep to them selves mostly.
