People walk on side walk on my home wave hi and friendly. Neighbors are rarely nice. They're not noisy and mind their own business. Over all are nice and caring.
The community that I reside in is very age friendly mostly everyone in my neighborhood are home owners whom have lived here for 10 plus years . We have a good balance of retired neighbors as well as neighbors with small families .Everyone speaks to each other and protects each others kids and animals . On holidays like halloween our children swap candy bags . Cold Mornings where the school bus driver is late our kids car pool together to get to the local schools.

I only know a selective few neighbors. In this day and age, not good to know everyone and I'm ok with that.
Community engagement, general livability , transportation etc.
