Transportation is great Max Station right on Burnside. Neighbor is very diverse, many Hispanics, some refugees and some other people of color. The neiborhood is not friendly. It is loud and disruptive to those who might like a quiet life. Many loud cars that speed throughout the day and night and neighboring folks who play loud music, that is not easy on the ears.
Centrally located in a city, yet accessible to the country and other areas.
I have taken care of the sick and older people and I have always enjoyed helping the older and less fortunate people
The cost of living has gotten expensive and that is a concern for older people who have a fixed income, but other than that, it's a lovely, clean place to live.
Easy access to freeways,friendly neighborhood
