- Resources and Support: Community Services provides the resources and support that older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers need to sort through the many programs and services available that help individuals live independently and well into their senior years.
- Adult Day Centers: Our Adult Day Center provides a home-away-from-home experience for our members living with memory impairments including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. The Center encompasses the latest in therapeutic approaches in person-centered care, providing a safe environment for members while encouraging socialization, healthy choices, and maximum independence.
