Has a public transportation, local YMCA has exercise programs
I live in myers towers home for senior citizens, in down town pikeville. The local churches provide free hot meals, food boxes, recreational activities, crafts and free live entertainment in the local park. Most of our seniors have battery operated chairs. This enables them access all over town with street signs geared for their safety.
No community engagement
Kentuckians respect their elderly and neighbors check in on them. They are always so thankful and cannot thank you enough for caring.I personally check in my elderly neighbors and deliver their Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. They are so grateful and loving.
