I have 10 years experience in caring for older individuals.
Neighbors are very friendly , kids are very playful . Beautiful play area for all age groups . Shopping centers close by in the area . Neighborhood is quite & lovely
Not a lot happens over here
I think it could be better if there wasn't as many stores and bars around, but for the most part it's not too bad
People are more friendly over and it is calm. You are near manayunk and they have a lot of parades as do Germantown! If you need anything or any store it is no less then10-15min away but for food restaurants about 5min. Everyone I had a conversation to us very respectful and helpful, they're a lot of bus transportation flow and a bunch of schools.
